They have been servicing the aged care facility I work in as a Maintenance Coordinator , the team in reception are always polite , knowledgeable , helpful and prompt and the service technician Gerry is always a pleasure to have visit outer site always bringing me cookies , happy and knowledgeable in anything I've requested from him

I was in need of a new Wheelchair, had contact with Dean from Highgate Healthcare. Could not recommend this young man highly enough. Dean was extremely helpful and friendly, and was more than happy to help with the few adjustments that needed to be made. The wheelchair is fabulous and the service we received was excellent.
