FAQs
The minimum hire period is 2 weeks. Hire starts on the day your equipment is delivered or collected.
Hire is paid in advance, either fortnightly or monthly.
Not all products listed online are available for hire. If a specific item is unavailable, we may offer a functionally similar product from our rental pool.
We inspect all equipment on return. You may be charged repair or replacement costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear (e.g. smoke exposure, soiling, or physical damage).
Yes! If you decide to purchase, 50% of your hire fees (up to 50% of the item’s purchase price) will be credited toward the cost.
All servicing and repairs are carried out by Highgate Healthcare technicians only.
Yes. We may cancel your agreement if payments aren’t made or if the equipment is misused. Pickup and delivery charges also apply.
