The Twice-As-Tough Cuffs can be used for wrists or ankles and feature a key lock on the strap anchoring the restraint system for added security, along with a D-ring to secure the cuff. The D-ring comprises two metal rings and provides an adjustable cuff circumference for a custom fit.
