Broda’s unique Comfort Tension Seating® contours to the body for an individualised fit that gently cradles each user. The Comfort Tension Seating® provides pressure redistribution and air flow for those sitting in the glider for an extended period of time. The Tranquille Auto-Locking Glider begins to glide once the resident sits in the chair, and stops gliding once the resident begins to sit up to exit the chair. It also features vinyl-covered padding and a "caregiver lock" to stop movement and gliding, if gliding is not wanted at that time.
The Broda Tranquille Auto-Locking Glider is ideal for long-term care, education, assisted living and acute-care facilities, residents requiring low to moderate levels of care, as well as Alzheimers and dementia patients.
