The Oxford® Switch is designed to assist individuals with reduced mobility in transitioning from seated to standing and facilitating their movement from one location to another. The Oxford Switch actively encourages users to participate in the standing process as a rehabilitation aid, engaging core muscle groups while improving strength and function.
A minimal yet capable design offers an impressive safe working load of 180kg (28st). The Switch has four corner-mounted swivel castors alongside two independently braked, central wheels. This helps distribute the patient's weight more widely and evenly, ensuring excellent stability and manoeuvrability.
